Payment Details
A non-refundable deposit 50% of the total holiday cost is required, within 7 days of booking, if more than 4 weeks before the start of holiday.
Full payment is required if less than 1 calendar month to the start of holiday.
We will send you an email confirming the booking.
The balance is payable 1 calendar month prior to your arrival date.
Payment should be by bank transfer (details are given on booking)
Cancellation
Please advise us as soon as possible if you have to cancel. In the unlikely event of your booking being cancelled we charge for booked accommodation not taken up.
Non-availability
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all moneys paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Arrival & Departure
Your accommodation is available to you from 1pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your bill for any extras or services taken during your stay is payable on departure.
Guests’ Responsibilities
Please remember that this is a b&b, not a hotel, and as such is our family home. All guests are expected to take reasonable care of the rooms and leave them in the same condition as found on arrival.
You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you or any member of your party cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to charge for repair or making goods if the damage or breakage is significant.
We reserve the right to terminate, without notice, an individual’s stay, where deemed necessary, through unacceptable behavior, or as a result of actions which are likely to offend others.
Liability
We do not accept liability for damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees .
Cots/High-Chairs/Extra Beds
Cots/cribs can be hired for 5€ per night. An extra bed can be provided in some of the bedrooms at a cost of 10€ per night. High chairs are provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you require any of these so we can reserve them for you.
Smoking
Villa Calliandra is non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on the terraces.

- If the notice is given more than 4 weeks prior to the start date of the holiday, then only the loss of the deposit will occur
